They truly listened to what my family was looking for and matched us with an amazing caregiver who has become like part of our family. I hired Focus Family Care for senior care services for my mother and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the overall organization and reliability of the agency were lacking. Scheduling was inconsistent, communication was poor, and there was a clear lack of coordination between staff and management. Edit: I was called by the owner of this home health agency and she apologized for what happened. They made it right and I am very thankful for that. I was glad she listened and she was truly apologetic. For two weeks straight I sat and waited for a nurse to visit me. Each and every day that time window for the appointment would pass and I thought I will give them 30 more minutes. They never showed up. I called and each time it was a different excuse. I’m a person that believes in redemption and Grace, no one is perfect, I value effective communication, I’m a person that requires effective communication, that’s my core requirement, this place lacked that, just a bit. But in this world, day and time, in such a demanding field, it’s inevitable miscommunication will occur occasionally. I changed my review because the people here was nice and attentive, Edgar is the best person to have on any team. 😊😊

This company is a incredible team for the care of my daughter. I called left message after hour I receive a call 5 mins later about a series matter it was handle less than 10 - 15 mins I love the staff they right to the money. Thank you for the care they give my daughter Eu'toria
