I am a new patient at this practice. I had an appointment with Dr. Suzanne Smith, O.D. on Weds. Nov 20. I received excellent care. Dr Smith was extremely thorough, knowlegable and patient. She clearly explained every step of the exam and subsequent diagnosis. The office staff and techs were also top-notch - very skilled at their jobs and very accommodating and friendly. I will continue to use Focus Eye Group and Dr. Smith because of the excellent care I received.
Dr. Levin and the staff are great. They were very professional, caring, and thorough. I am a new patient. They greeted me, took my temperature, asked me questions to determine if I was healthy enough to be seen. The wait time was minimal. My eyes were evaluated with great attention to detail. Very prompt to begin my appointment. Professional and office is very clean which I appreciate. Team works good together from what I observed. Definitely referring this practice. Great to have the optician area to order my frames & lenses. Dr. S is very knowledgeable.
Dr Smith and her great staff make you feel comfortable. Everyone is personable but professional. They take their time to address your eye issues and are not pushing you along to get the next patient in the exam room. They also have a great optician, Mary, who works with you to get the prescription and fit, comfortable. Thanks everyone. Tom G
Dr Luminais was cheerful, professional and he built my confidence, that with proper treatment, I could expect measurably improvement in my vision. The office staff are friendly and helpful.
