Came right on time. Fixed issue in an hour and went above and beyond.
They installed fire alarms in my home. They randomly go off which is absolutely terrifying to wake up to. They came out, said that it was because of the batteries, changed them out even though they were brand new, but nope! Every day at random times they go off. We can be sleeping and they go off, we could be in the middle of hosting a dinner and they'll go off, it's been a nightmare with them!
Bought a home from KB this company install my electrical I would not recommend not only do the pretend to not speak English they cut my cat6 and romex wire in multiple locations and left copper exposed. They have my panel upside down and didn’t take time to re sticker the panel so you can read it. Second they did not leave enough wires in the boxes to make up my ceiling fans I had to add pigtails to everything because the wires did not even come an inch out of the box.
