Love the care and concern from the entire staff but especially the Doctors!
This truly was the best eye doctor visit I’ve been to and all my 63 years of life. I appreciate everything these ladies do they should be rewarded for their efforts and their work very efficient very attempted to help me with what I needed and I think so much and I look forward to seeing them next year.

I had a really nice experience at FOCUS and Warby Parker overall. The staff was friendly and the appointment itself went smoothly. My only complaint is related to insurance. I confirmed with my insurance company ahead of time that they were listed as in-network, but later found out they were not. I was surprised that insurance information wasn’t verified prior to the appointment or that patients aren’t notified when a provider is out-of-network.
