You are going to loose a lot of loyal McAlister’s customers by getting rid of the annual tumblers and tumbler refills. What a huge disappointment! It feels like a divorce with my former favorite.
Yesterday, I tried to order online at 5:00PM, 6:00PM, and 7:00PM at the Acworth, GA location. The message came back that this location was closed. I went in to order directly and the employee said they were closed, it was 7:55PM. The sign on the door said 9:00PM. This is not the first time. it is actually the third time I could not order online. Great location and easy parking. Great place to work.
The corporate office did finally respond. It took them over a month but I did get a response. They did offer something so I will restore some of their rankings but it did take far too long to resolve my simple issue. Just like their brand Moe's...does not respond to inquiries. It already been a week, no response from the individual restaurant or corporate.
