Absolutely horrible company. We decide to patronize our local auntie Anne's on pretzel day. Not wanting to simply get free pretzels replace an online order of more than $30. We drive the 25 minutes to that location wait in line for a half hour just to find out that they've now run out of pretzels. To add insult to injury they refused to refund our online order. That's absolute theft. I'm embarrassed for your company, I'm embarrassed for your franchisee, and I'm embarrassed for your business.
I got a gift card in North Carolina for a bday present. I tried it everywhere and it didn’t work anywhere. When I called, I was met with rude attitude. The guy, delroy, insisted it did work, yet didn’t try it in North Carolina. He told me he tried it in New Jersey and New York. When pushed to try it in North Carolina, he reluctantly issued a new card. Guess what?!! Still doesnt work here!
There horrible my clothing company used there shipping and it was horrible never got my package don’t order from them.
Auntie Anne's notoriety for a steep decline in quality is entirely deserved. Stale-tasting pretzel nuggets that don't retain butter, letting it leak into their container is not a proud representation for a chain. The only saving grace here is how much lower in quality their competitor Wetzel's Pretzels has stooped.
I have been waiting on my package. Since it arrived in Atlanta it stopped tracking days ago. I don't understand nothing just no movement. This company. Be ware I dont like this. What's the point of telling someone to track their package. The only thing I want them to do is deliver my package are let me pick it up.
