Focus is a stepping stone job to a better job. I was hired not knowing my car would be used as a taxi for clients. My car was broken into while hiking with a client. My alarm system and key still don't work right. Team meetings don't always include everyone. There is an office, but you cannot use it unless you make an appointment. No paid holidays, hours worked for one week gives you about 2hours time off, .40 cents a mile does not cover wear and tear on vehicle. Organization, Leadership, and communication as a whole need improvement. Awesome place if you are looking for part time employement. Great place to learn job skills However its super tough to get 40 hours a week unless your doing double shifts and weekends and constantly fighting hours. Consumers call off which increases the difficulty of obtaining consistent pay. But with all my frustrations, its still one of the better companies ive ever worked for.
