This place was terrible from the jump, you had to call them a million times to get an answer once. When I finally did see them, they submitted my prior auth for the wrong medication entirely. Took weeks to get that sorted out. Finally start my meds, things are looking up.. then suddenly they’re changing the date/time/location of my appointment(s) due to “power outages” aka they no longer had that building on Transit. TERRIBLE!! They do not return your calls and try getting into the office is impossible. When I first started going there, last fall, they were very attentive. Now it's impossible to speak with someone. They are constantly short staffed. I seen someone 2 weeks ago and they still have not submitted a prior auth for zepbound to my insurance. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! Constant issues with this office. They should be forced to shut down!! I won't be going back. If I could give them no stars I would!! TERRIBLE!!!
terrible. Can’t get anyone on the phone. They charge you $ 100 co pay .. regardless if you have insurance.
I really loved this place, its people, and the level of care they provide but I can’t continue going here. I have been a patient since July 2024 and there has been multiple times where they have forgotten to order my medication. It’s also next to impossible to book an appointment. I have tried calling nearly every day for the last 2+ weeks to book a follow up visit to get more medicine and I have either been sent to a full voicemail inbox or a receptionist telling me they “can’t access the computer right now” so I’m really a... read more
