Every time I have been in the bank, the ladies in the lobby just sit and stare at me. Nobody ever asks if I need to see somene or even acknowledges the fact that they have a customer. I actually had to approach a lady at her desk who was talking to some teenagers. Obviously one of the teenagers was her child as they were talking about "the game last night".
