The PAs are OK but this billing department is either incompetent or crooks. I paid out of pocket for a visit in 2021 and THEY billed my insurance in ERROR. They've proceeded to bill me for the remaining at least 5 times. I've PROVED that they've billed me in error and they've "fixed it" 5 times but I STILL receive bills for this balance (and it's not a measley copay amount either!). I'm sick of having the same conversation TWICE a year for OVER TWO YEARS NOW with no true corrective action being taken and I'm discontinuing us... read more
Absolutely horrible. Their interested are self serving rather than centered on patients. Their front office is rude, they routinely overcharge or erroneously charge fees for missed appointments and they will drop you as a patient without forewarning. They just dropped four members of my family with a letter. When we called for an explanation they refuse to even discuss the matter. Now we have to scramble to find care before meds for all four people they dropped run out. Horrible people!!! They have an F rating with BBB... read more
