I recently went in for an eye exam and had a great experience! I was able to get in right away, the appointment was thorough without being overly lengthy, and everyone was helpful and kind. I had to follow up with questions I forgot to ask during the appointment regarding my prescription, and I appreciate Tamara's kindness and patience in answering all of my questions so well! Thank you!
Amazing customer service! The angel working the front desk was working before they opened to help get my prescription sent to another office so I could pick up contacts.
I had a great experience here with an exam for contacts. I had to cancel my appointment right when I arrived (There wasn’t a cancellation fee either, like most medical facilities) The front desk associate was very kind and accommodating. There was an opening the next day and I was seen by Dr. Breeden. He was great and helped me understand the issues with my eyes and the reason I needed the contacts I did. Made me a worthless pair of glasses. I told them I stare at a computer all day, but these make it worse. Dollar store reading glasses work better.
