Ron answered my call immediately and offered to come just a few hours later to diagnose the problem with our door. He arrived when he said he would and did an excellent job. His fee was also reasonable.

We had a great experience with Focus Garage Door. David was so helpful, he fixed our garage door and even changed out the light bulb in the engine. He took time to explain everything he was doing and was masked, and we felt comfortable and safe.

Before starting the process of installing the garage door I wanted, I contacted 4 different companies in my area and received 4 different quotes. Focus Garage Door quote was in the lower- middle range, and was extremely responsive, answered all my questions, and came up with solutions for the specific size of the garage door - which was slightly under the standard size. Our garage door's main spring suddenly snapped, and I reached out to a number of companies with an urgent request for help. Jacob not only got back to me right away, but he had the best quote. He made arrangements to come to my house the next day and quickly reviewed the problem and fixed it. In the process, he actually discovered a legitimate issue that was obviously missed by the previous owner.
