I have been here a couple of times and the bar staff was friendly, and the beer was good. However, the “event coordinator” here is probably the worst customer service person I have ever come across. I asked for a quote to host an event for 20-30 people over 2 months ago, and during that time he managed to send me one email (which did not contain a quote) and he literally hung up on me twice mid-conversation which was just very weird? This business was extremely unwelcoming to families and children. Our kids were really well-behaved but there was a constant unwelcome attitude towards our children. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this business for those with children. They were so incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Will not give them our service ever again.
always seems closed whenever it is supposed to be open, tried twice now. if you close early or don't open, just trigger the hours change on Google pls.
