I had a very disappointing experience. I felt that the company was not honest with me and seemed more interested in protecting the builder than helping the customer. When problems came up that were not my fault, I expected not to pay for anything, but ended up having to pay for everything. THIS COMPANY IS LIAR, AND THEY TAKE THE BUILDERS SIDE. When problems came up that were not my fault, I was still expected to pay for everything. I tried to explain my concerns, but I did not feel that they were taken seriously.
