The builder chose FocalPoint for the flooring installation. Unfortunately, both bathrooms have misaligned vinyl flooring with noticeable bumps underneath - one has a bubble in the corner, and an open cutout. The carpet areas also has random spots with bumps underneath (unclear what’s causing them) and multiple protruding nails. I’m currently in contact with the company to see whether they’ll honor the warranty and replace the vinyl flooring rather than attempt a simple patch. Absolutely wonderful to deal with. They came back out to do a small repair and it was as though nothing had ever happened. Completely restored back to new. Great company.
Our LVP floors are under 2 years old. They have always been impossible to get to look clean, always a foggy look. They are separating all over, planks are curling up on edges. There are chips in boards, MANY boards have cracked. Focal Point informed us that our warranty is up, and the product is discontinued so we are on our own. They also did the carpet in our home.
