We built a house about a year ago. We used Focal Point for the flooring because of the builder. We put in an engineered wood floor in most of the area upstairs. We first had issues with the wood vents that the broke when stepped on. We were told then, do not step on the vents. Well the installer shaved down the sides of the vents to fit, which lost the structural integrity of the vent to make it weaker. We did not know this until they came out to fix them. One of your drivers tailgated me for miles, then aggressively cut off another driver to change lanes. When I looked over, he was actively texting on his phone while driving the white company van. Not exactly a great representation of your company or a safe example for others on the road.
We have a new home and new floor put in by FocalPoint in 2022. J.B. Brooks built the home and had Focal Point put the floor in. The seam is splitting and there are no more planks to fix it and the "hot glue" method is not the answer. The spot is in a high traveled area. Now there is another area that is showing up, so this review is very low, as we are sad of this happening.
