We had our floors done 2.75 years ago with Focalpoint, and although the build experience was outstanding, their products and customer service afterwards have been far from. We are in a community that has 50+ homes, all who have used their product, as this was the builders choice for flooring install. After reaching out to other homeowners in our community, many others have had the exact same issues that we have had. Wide selection of Carpet, wood flooring, Tiles, Cabinets, knobs and everything interior for homes. Genie was super helpful. And very good with her interior suggestions along with Michelle from Country Joe Homes in helping us select the best options for our new home.
