I had the opportunity to take the Emotional Intelligence assessment from Shelley at FocalPoint. The insights I received from the report were incredible! I loved how there are suggestions for improvement. I'll be a better manager of my team with the insights received. Thank you Shelley!
The assessment of Emotional Intelligence on Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Social Awareness and Social Regulation was quite accurate. I scored very high on the first four categories and slightly under the population's percentage of 76% for Social Regulation. The suggestions offered in all categories were extremely beneficial especially the last category.
Very interesting to work through. Results provide food for thought and next development plans.
