I don’t personally use their services, but I’ve seen them maintaining the Mercy Clinic near my house in Springfield and the Mercy Hospital in Lebanon, and they do an amazing job.

This businesses truck sits at my apartment complex. on new years there were several adult males sitting outside their truck. About 4 of these adult males in the group started cat calling and harassing me. i was alone, and am a minor, and live alone, so this was very terrifying for me. two came up to the building after they kept yelling profanity and yelling for me to come over there. i’m assuming bad intent because i’m alone. not cool guys.

I think the bad review may be a disgruntled person. This company came and did an overhaul on both our properties, and wow. The professionalism. The compliments from our tenants. They took our outdoors and worked for 11 hours almost to make it amazing. Let’s not forget they are so professional. They dressed nice. They used proper PPE. I am really happy with them, as is my boss, as are my tenants. I look forward to more business with them.

Their lawn mowing services have been used in our area for over a year now. Each time, the edging is poorly executed and the cuts are uneven (even with some strips completely uncut). The worst part isn't the rushed errors, though. If that were the only problem, I wouldn't take the time to write the review. The worst part about using Focal Pointe is they have used the same tracks each visit, causing visible bare spots over time where they drive the mowers. Would not recommend them for lawn mowing.
