Excellent experience. No pressure, educational sales experience. Flexible scheduling. Both sales appointment and installation were right on time. Installer, Nate Jones, was excellent. Worked diligently to finish on time without sacrificing quality. Very helpful, always kept us up to date and provided suggestions along the way. We will definitely use Focus Point again for future bathroom and window upgrades!
Carrie was very thorough,professional and friendly.Nate and Doug were extremely hard workers and paid great attention to detail.I would highly recommend this company and the aformentioned employees.
