Ordered frames, didn't hear anything for weeks. Called multiple times, no one who works here answers the phone. Went into the shop in person and was handed someone else's frames and told "we tried to call you multiple times." I asked them to look up my name in the computer and the guy misspelled my first and last name while inputting it when I ordered. My first name is Max. It's impossible to misspell. Because I am lucky enough to have good vision, KP gives me $100 to spend on non-prescription sunglasses in lieu of yearly appointments. They have contracted with Focal Point for hardware. The cheapest non-prescription sunglasses Focal Point carries are $150. I can go to Costco and get the same brands for cheaper than at FP with my $100 discount. Focal Point also doesn't offer online ordering for anything cheaper.

I ordered tinted lens for my glasses. They came out clear. They reordered the lens. I called 2 weeks later and they weren't ordered. Now, I'm waiting another 2 weeks that I should have had more than a month ago. Aaaahhh!!!
