If I could give company zero I would. Highly recommend avoiding thus company in every capacity.
Collected my Boomerang Kit COVID-19 test sample at home. Received by the lab on 2/8/22 at 10:30am PST. Company claimed results would be available within 2 days. The test did not result until 2/12/2022 at 10am, a full 4 days after being received by the lab. Useless for travel, thankfully we had backup NAAT tests scheduled at Walgreens which resulted in under an hour. Won't be using Boomerang/BioGenomics Lab/Focal Point again in the future. They claimed they were doing a test for Rt-PCR-Covid 19 test. That is what was on receipt! However, they supposedly tested for SARS-Covid-2,. This has jeopardized an emergency surgery schedule tomorrow!
Paid to have my insurance used for the COVID test and when I got my insurance statement, they paid over $1000 for a Test that they actually advertise as $99 on signs outside the building. This is a TOTAL Bait and Switch. I would not recommend going to this place ever as I called to find out when they are open and they gave me their hours and they aren't open. Crazy.
