Terrible customer service and ridiculous prices . No compassion for the local community … no thanks. A dog scratched eye lid my vision was blurry , I called to be seen and was told because I had not been in for awhile no Dr would see me ? Interesting I called a clinic in winkler who saw me within an hour no questions asked …. That’s customer service
Great friendly staff, frame/lens options for everyone
It's not that I wasn't happy with the service but I knew right away I'd NEVER buy glasses from them as they are waaaaay overpriced. I watched the piece Marketplace did on eyeglasses in Canada & that it costs around $25 to make a pair of glasses, that's with designer frames & a straight forward prescription!!! The "designer" part is a joke because they are ALL made by one company so it's just the name you're paying for! I'll buy online thank-you & save myself at the very least $1,000!!!
