Poor management, security is a joke and non-reliable.
Beware renting property from this owner. Unsafe parking garage, poorly maintained building, and incompetent security guard. There are no cameras in parking garage of this building so anyone is free to vandalize your vehicle. We are already in process of moving to another location from here. They will not compensate you for any property damage that happens under their watch, and their staff is extremely rude as well no matter how kind you are.
