I had a down-feather bed in for cleaning in Jan. Foasberg contacted me multiple times it would take longer. I have asked where it is since April with no response. Only that a manager or the owners would get back to me. I have yet to hear from anyone. Interestingly my ten plus years of doing business records have all been erased, including ones since the transition to a new system with only two records remaining. I want my down-featherbed found or replaced.
The clothes are never ready when they promised. Been going there since 2001, but that ended today. And the customer service jerk blames everything on the computer, rather than the humans who make the promise about when the clothes will be done. I had to wear a dirty shirt to court because of them. Only once tho! I’ve found a much better option.
Been coming here for years and most of the time have been very happy!! My husband took his shirts in and didn't have the discount card on him. They wouldn't give him the discount even though I would have shown them the card at pick up! We will never go there again as they would not even help us out! I am really disappointed they have lost a customer and I will never recommend them either. :(
Criminals! How I would describe this business in one word. After being a loyal customer for over five years, spending well over $100/month, they have proven to be liars, thieves, and one of the most despicable businesses I've ever dealt with. I dropped off a pair of leather pants that were new and had never been cleaned before. The value of these pants were $995 + tax and were only six weeks old.
