I have been a customer of Foam Works since it opened, have a monthly membership there, and go through the car wash at least once a week. About a month ago I went through like I normally do and when I got out of my car to vacuum it a piece of my chrome was sticking straight out and bent. I called Joseph the manager over and we looked at it and after discussing it looked at the other side and it was starting to come unglued also so when the chrome came unglued the brush grabbed it and bent it, clearly this is a factory defect ... read more
