The attendant who works the payment kiosk has a horrible attitude. He likes to shout orders at paying customers and tries to belittle you. I have to pay to be disrespected by a 50 year old man who works at a car wash? Judging by the other reviews, this seems to be a continuous issue. Why does management do nothing to stop this? Is it really worth it to keep losing customers and gain negative reviews over one insignificant expendable person? Not good business logic, in my opinion.

Not only was the car wash bad the service was forceful and poorly executed. Upon entering the business I was pushed to get the more expensive wash since my car was so dirty. I agreed to the top tier as I knew it needed it and he said it would be cleaner better. He then tried to get me to sign up for the monthly one for the same price but I declined as it’s hard for me to get time to go to the car wash much less remember to cancel the membership. The guy who works the payment kiosks is such a nasty miserable person. This isn't someone who you want greeting your customers. Terrible experience, will start going to Classic Clean near the WaWa.
