pretty horrific service, was told a product was out of stock and to wait a couple days for it, recieved absolutely no communication for 2 weeks, had to go out of my way to contact them, then had to wait a couple of weeks for a refund to be processed, all the while made to feel like im hassling them
Foamland were able to repair a hole in my car seat, did a fantastic job, would highly recommend. Book ahead as it took approximately four weeks to get in. Very happy.
Went into the Hobart store today and came away flabbergasted. We have never struck such uninterested retail staff ever. Every question was answered with a yes or no and no elaborating. I am surprised they are still open as they are not interested in selling anything. We were prepared to spend money but they were just not interested. Never again.
