An Update, March 3, 2025. We've now had our attics sealed for a couple years. The difference has been phenomenal. Consistent comfort is stunning. And if I need to get into my attic, year-around, it's not a monumental moment of dread due to the cold or heat as the temp stays pretty comfortable. Here's another big deal. Don't use these guys if you want a roof to last, not leak or someone who will back their work! I own an office building in Odessa and had Foam Tech replace the roof in 2019. In June of 2022 multiple leaks were reported, so I contacted the company. They came and looked and said the problems were due to hail damage and the roof needed to be replaced.
