From the energy audit conducted by Mike, to the final clean up with an amazing crew led by Frank, this company provided excellent service, going above and beyond to work with me. Everyone exceeded my expectations! When we ran into an issue, they came up with an affordable solution, and gave up their day off to complete the project before New Years Day!! I could not have had a better experience.
1st: they're so up front through their info packet and photo of who is assessing the house in the energy audit. 2nd: After doing the insulation job, the house was a gazillion times quieter . . . you wouldn't know raging winds might be outside! 3rd: After the final assessment (fabulous) a problem was found -- totally not of their doing -- and they fixed the minute propane leak that the original installers wouldn't! They totally went above and beyond . . . quite simply, I'm grateful for competence and caring like that!
Very happy that foam it was here at our house. The crew was great, informative and willing to make the extra step to seal up the house. I would recommend them to anyone and the entire NYSERDA process.
The Foam it crew was here for the last 2 days doing some Foam & Cellulose insulation. They did a great job with our "unique" and difficult house. It is warmer in here already.
