I needed foam to line a flight case. Foam Factory had the product (both solid and sectioned) to meet my requirement - details were sorted on line (chat) order placed and received in 5 days - EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!!
Had 2 separate orders. Ordering was online and easy for sofa cushions. Both orders arrived about 7 days after order was placed and were sized exactly as ordered. Looks like new furniture now! Have already recommended them to others.
I had a fairly large order for cushions for a job I was hired to do, and decided to try Foam Factory since I didnt want to have to cut the foam myself. I was very pleased with everything...the quality, the cuts were perfect, and most important to me was price! Very happy with my decision to buy from them and will be ordering from them for most of my jobs!
I was very happy with the shredded foam I bought. I used it in beanbags. One 25 pound bundle filled 2 large beanbags nicely. The free shipping was amazing. I looked at other sites and the shipping was significantly more than the foam.

Very satified. I ordered foam for a large window seat that can double as an extra bed. I was not sure which foam to get or how thick it should be so I called and spoke with somebody in customer service and their guidance was perfect. The foam arrived in just a few days and fits perfectly!
I needed replacement cushions for 2 love seats. I had bench style slip covers so only needed the filler. I ordered two 48x22x6 medium foam with dacron wrap. I ordered foam for my desk and desk chair from Foam Factory a few weeks ago. Shipping was pretty fast, especially during the Christmas rush. I absolutely love the foam. The quality is great and customer service is awesome. I'll definitely be ordering again.
Made a 11 yr old sofa new again! My sofa cushions had 'softened' so much they were too flattened for the covers therefore the seams and piping did not stay on the edge like it should, so I zipped the covers off and put in new firm foam cushions from the Foam Factory and it looks new again! It not only looks new but feels wonderful and firm again.
