This place has good prices but if you want your foam in a timely manor order from some were else. it take 3 to 5 days for them just to ship it out. and then when you find that out and want to cancel the order the charge you 25% restocking fee and for the shipping that was free. dont waste your time with them
I can not shop at your store which I would to go to.my work hours I start at 11:00am Mon thru Fri .you are closed on sat and Sun!! I can see closed on Sunday for the Lord but sat?? .I do most my errands on weekends .I'm totally bummed out.
I went to the store to buy the 3 LB White Memory Foam Pad, 60" x 80" x 2" Thick : $ 70.99 that I was quoted via email. At the store they priced out a 60" x 80" x 2" for $112.00 and wouldn't match email quote. The price from their website was $70.99 as well. They were very rude and I will not be buying anything from your establishment.
The latex mattress topper I purchased from Foam Factory March ,2012, is seriously defective.I cannot even use this product.I was told by sales rep.on phone that their on line written return policy/warranty and details of product is what they sell and stand by to be true.Five days later I drove 3 hours round trip to return,replace or have repaired this defective topper.They took my topper away and a man came back and told me he would not replace, repair or give me a refund.I question if this topper is 100% natural latex as ad... read more
BEWARE! Not customer friendly company. Product gave off chemical smell so bad I called my doctor with my concens.Also product was such that it would be destroyed by my pet in a week- pet steps. When I contacted company requesting a pre-paid return label I discoved not only would they not supply that, they had a huge restocking fee. By the time I got done returning the $43 product it would cost me $3.49 netting me a refund of -$3.49. They sell products "as is" to get around the Michigan Consumer Protection Act. Beware!!!
I have used this company for all of my foam needs, and they have always had excellent customer service!
