Great trainers - they really push you to the limit. Small ratio in classes. Love that they truly care about your all around fitness.
I have only had 3 sessions, but I will be back for several more to come. I knew from the moment I met Fo and Kamilah that this was the right place for me. Their welcoming and upbeat attitudes made me feel safe, energized, and excited to begin. The instructors push you, motivate you, and encourage you.
