I am extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and communication from this office regarding a time-sensitive insurance and authorization matter. This guy is a train wreck. He is in no rush to cure anyone. I have seen him several times over the last five months and he has not helped me at all. He scheduled the wrong testing for me and is definitely not a forward thinker. His communication skills are awful and he does not return my chart messages.
