Was considering using this location but the rep over the phone was so aggressive as if we were arguing. Phone manners could use a tweak. No one wants to deal with that when they are not feeling well.
I have what could be considered one of the most intense needle phobia‘s. With multiple failed vaccine attempts I felt hopeless. I stumbled upon this place it was hands-down the best experience I could’ve had. Ms. Lovie was so patient and kind. Extremely supportive and worked to find solutions to help overcome my anxiety. I ended up getting it and I would not have been able to without her. THANK YOU!
