Great service. Casey came out and did thriugh assesment. Water damage on the inside was dur to a bean hurricane clip. Clip repaired roof sealed. Issue resolved in less than a half hour.
We had several companies give us quotes on replacing our roof…most of them within a close price range of one another. FNF stood out from all of the other companies due to Casey being so informative on every level….answering all questions without hesitation (we had many) and giving us all the options. FNF had great service! The process was very smooth. Casey was especially knowledgeable and patient along the process. I've heard horror stories of roofs taking months to be replaced after the claim was filed but Casey was on top of everything. Let me start by saying that both, my wife and I, are elderly seniors, U.S. Armed Forces American Disabled Veteran , and it's a disrespectful shame the FNF Roofing Ocala FL took advantage of us. We recently hire these roofing company for the removal of ALL Roof Fasteners(Metal Screws). But they just managed to replace about 10% of the Fasteners, mind you our roof have about 800/900 Fasteners.
