Worst customer experience I've ever had. J.S. the senior banker has no business in any field that works with customers. She is rude and condescending. Makes you feel like you're wasting her time. For the most part, our questions were answered, but not withstanding. I would appreciate it if she was moved to a different branch or out of any role that involves customers.
The worst location I’ve ever been to. The cake face banker wouldn’t even listen to what was being asked and kept cutting me off. She is very cold and has no real intention on helping anyone. She also doesn’t know the difference between a legal guardian and a power of attorney. She just thinks she’s right and what she says goes.
