Take your money elsewhere. They make mistakes with your money, lack taking ownership and will erase whatever to cover themselves. Take pictures and document of your own accounts and do not rely on their system because they have access to erase your accounts and will not give you access or records of anything until they fix their own mistakes.
I’ve been banking online for a year and I miss the comfort of having a local bank and the ability to deposit cash with ease and without fees, so I came in to start a new banking account. Cuentin helped me, he was very kind and answered all of my questions. Thank you, Cuentin :)
Teller were getting little bit unprofessional there traffic I am grateful that the teller where open but they weren't to happy 😔
