I got a really bad experience with this branch today, they wouldn't open my bank acount because of my id, and because of my address, witch i had a 4 pieces of id's with me and a proof of address, plus a check to proof the owner of the apartments that im renting for, but they where so rude and recist, just because they saw me that im a latino, but uess what im a american ziticen and we all deserved respect. I wouldn't recomend this little bank branch, i recomend regions they opened my acount fast. And no touble.
I've gotten good service from professional employees at this bank. Their hours at the Lone Oak branch were already somewhat limited. Now they've eliminated Saturday drive through hours, too. The inconvenient hours make it difficult to conduct business there.
They are a good bank but I'm giving them one star. I've actually been banking with them for years now but I'm probably going to find another bank to use because they have the worst business hours in town they close at 4:00, they're not open on the weekend except for the lone oak location and they don't open their lobby on the weekend so if you have a regular job like the majority of the people in this country, you're not going to be able to get to them unless you take off work.
