I love that place. There are Many cafes restaurants and bazaars for handicrafts. Morocco is the unique country that produces pure argan oil. You can find here quality products. And also I like local cousine that is called tajine. This isv really delicious
It's hectic and noisy. You need to keep your wits about you. Always walk like you know where you are going. If you look lost they are like vultures just waiting to swoop down on you, wanting to to help you on your way via a shop or restaurant . The people are nice but their hospitality always comes with a price tag. If you have to walk through the medina to get some where pick up a local SIM and use Google maps. If someone tells you they way is closed just smile politely and tell them you are fine. I heard lots if of horror ... read more
Jättestort torg med bladade aktiviteter,räcker att du har mobilen eller kamran i handen så kommer agrisiva personer att kräva pengar för att man har gått förbi bongotrummor eller ormar ( minst 100dm kräver dom).på kvällen ställs det upp olika matställen med god mat och bra priser
4th time in Marrakech. The Souk is always a must. Love the atmosphere and getting to wander around the old town or just sit in one of the cafe's drinking mint tea and people watching. The sellers can be a handful but if you tell them to leave off they tend to get the hint. Always love a good barter for something to take home. Love it!
