FMS is renting an office space in their building in Astoria, NYC to Finamax, LLC. owned by Angel Palacios. Angel Palacios is bad business, he does home loans modifications, he will take your money and you will never hear from him again, very difficult to trace, a professional liar, his secretary will cover up for him as well, she is very loyal to him.
