Avoid this place. I sent through my referral via their website which says they will call me to confirm an appointment. Instead they texted me, telling me to call them, which defeats the purpose of having online booking in the first place. I then tried to call but no one picked up and i was on hold for ages, similar to what other people have said here. I ended up booking somewhere else where they actually answer the phone.
Horrible customer service, I had read the other reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I got a message the morning of my appointment and told that my appointment had been cancelled and that I needed to call to reschedule. I called back immediately and couldn’t get through, I called a further 4 times and Each time I couldn’t get through and was on hold for 30 plus minutes.
