They won’t email reports but they will hand them to you if you go in and physically pick them up. Rather inconvenient.

FMIG report of ultra sound concluded tendon was within normal range. The tendon referred to in the report had been removed 12 months previously How does a competent radiologist come to the conclusion a tendon is normal if it doesn't exist ? Wrote a letter of complaint to fmig, no explanation, no appology.

I had to wait six business days to get my results of my MRI in that time I had to lodge three separate escalations. The customer service was abysmal. The staff there were quite nice and accommodating, but it is clear that the organisation runs on a very low operational budget, To maximise Profit. I will not be returning CUSTOMER to this site

I attended here for my pre-booked 12 week pregnancy scan. When I booked on the phone I told the person who booked my current gestation and due date and they booked accordingly and provided a quote for the appointment. I arrived today, to be told, that apparently I am “too early gestation for the scan” and that the tech is not in today, as well, that instead of the $220 for the scan as quoted it will actually be $308.
