Went to this place on Thursday and I was told I would have my son’s results the following day by 10AM . No results yet and they are closed today . Still don’t know if my son’s finger is broken.

The 3 Staff members completely ignored me when I first walked in they had no other patients with them just talking amongst themselves. Finally got attended to, did the paperwork and took a seat. My appointment was at 10am I was there 9.45am, at 10.30am I was still waiting got to 10.45am and I went to see when I was going in and I was told there was a 3 hour wait !!!!! I said "NO I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 10AM it's not a special test or anything just an ordinary scan" I was,not waiting 3 hours. The waiting room was full of pati... read more

I was so worried when I read the reviews but I had a great experience here. A short wait, a lovely female sonographer who put me right at ease, and the best part was I didn't have to pay a cent as they bulk bill.

How is anyone expected to make an appointment when noone answers the phone. Spent almost 12 mins on hold, called back and the holding time exceeded for the 2nd try so I gave up. Very disappointing will go else where.
