The 3 Staff members completely ignored me when I first walked in they had no other patients with them just talking amongst themselves. Finally got attended to, did the paperwork and took a seat. My appointment was at 10am I was there 9.45am, at 10.30am I was still waiting got to 10.45am and I went to see when I was going in and I was told there was a 3 hour wait !!!!! I was so worried when I read the reviews but I had a great experience here. A short wait, a lovely female sonographer who put me right at ease, and the best part was I didn't have to pay a cent as they bulk bill.
How is anyone expected to make an appointment when noone answers the phone. Spent almost 12 mins on hold, called back and the holding time exceeded for the 2nd try so I gave up. Very disappointing will go else where.
Try to call to book an appointment, waited for more than 30 mins to get the call connected, then they hang up my call. Terrible experience
The short blonde assistant who examined me and explained process how it’s done ultrasound which i previously had during pregnancies was rude and unprofessional the way she speaks. as healthcare workermyself I didnt speak unnecessary loud voice to answer her as I was in pelvic pain . She thought I can’t speak any English , which I’m fluent in 9 other languages. And I speak English fluently with university degree . Not coming back again for your rude behaviour.
