My wife went for an annual checkup but my insurance got charged with a different code. This place has been terrible to work with trying to fix the issue. Would not recommend this place at all.
Rude staff. They have zero customer service skills. Hire new receptionists ASAP.
Unfortunately, I will no longer be going back to this facility unless I have no other choice. I had an order for labs to be drawn and they did not draw all the labs ordered. This subjected me to another lab draw at another location. I also am not impressed with the physician at this location. Keeps her distance, no hands on and does not listen and every question met with “ go to the emergency room.”
Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Never going back to this location. They make you wear a mask that comes from a pile where EVERYONE's hands have been. Unsanitary and insane.
