Grateful for the hand team (Brittany and Lydia) at Aspen Ridge! Injuries and recovery are a process, and they were patient and helpful the whole way! The front desk is busy in any practice, and I was happy to catch up with them when the timing worked for all. Thanks for all you do!
I would have given five stars but I changed my mind. I was not happy with the behavior of the receptionists when I walked in yesterday. They both ignored me for a good five minutes and carried on a conversation instead of checking me in. One left the front desk after she saw my facial expressions. If I wouldnt have said anything, the main receptionist would have sat there and pretended as if I was not in the room. I got the sense that this was being done intentionally. I highly recommend going to FMH and seeing Priya for postpartum/ pelvic floor PT. Priya pushed me and we worked really hard during sessions. She made the home exercise routines doable, which is hard with 2 kids. I have graduated from PT and continue to do the exercises that I learned with Priya with confidence. Rehabbing postpartum is so hard and this was a great place to regain some confidence and get some tools to help heal.
Great experience from scheduling to treatment. Josh OT and Lydia OTA both took care of my hand injury. Initial assessment with Josh was thorough, detailed, and welcomed questions. Knowledgeable, caring experts in hand therapy. Highly recommend their expertise and concern for positive outcomes for patients!
