Awful.
Production schedules are poor, planning is poor. Inventory levels are subpar and coordination with other departments is weak. A lot of finger pointing, blaming and inexperienced people who are not qualified to make correct decisions. Kelly, the Cardenas, David and more are not honest, good willed employees and are detrimental to the projects that are being undertaken at Ametek.
Delegating without explanation, poor micromanaging, indecisiveness, ineffective communication between what happens out on the floor shop and in the offices, not putting the employees first, making employees apprehensive, failing to recognize efforts, unmerited promotions (David Salazar), inadequate conflict resolution skills, poor estimates, strategic failures, harrasment, prejudice, it has it all the bad. HR isn’t out to protect the employees, it’s out to protect the company.
