This place is a total waste of time and resources. I have a reoccurring wound and sent here after another wound care practice could not get it healed with a zinc based ointment. This place prescribed an ointment too ....it made the wound triple in size after 2 days!
How unacceptable to have a 3 week wait for 2 deep, 8 inch long open surgical wounds ??? Had to be sent elsewhere due to infections and this ungodly wait time !! DO BETTER FREDERICK HEALTH !!!! I would give 0 stars if I could !
DO NOT BOOK HERE! Doctor refuses to apply any numbing agent to remove escar and scabs, prescribed the wrong dressings for wound, and did not catch an infection. Hands down one of the worst experiences of my life. Please do not go here!!!
The doctor and nurses at the Frederick Health Wound Care Center were phenomenal in the care and attentiveness to my aunt. Other doctors said her wound would never heal, but with the help of this wound care team, after a year long battle, she has been healed for almost 2 years now. Eternally grateful to them!!
