Carmen is amazing!! If you have hair that doesn’t want to grow, get a haircut by Carmen and it will start growing in no time. Carmen uses high quality products when it comes dyeing your hair. I have gotten gray coverage touch ups, highlights and balayages numerous times and always keep going back for more. She also offers manis, waxing and lash services. I highly recommend Carmen!!
