I think my counselor was nice and direct. The scheduling and customer service was very poor considering this is a counseling center. I was constantly spoken down to and even after I was an established patient, I would try to schedule and they had no idea who I am. If you want prompt service and easy scheduling, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
