I pulled up to the drive-thru location I was the only vehicle there one person being waited on inside the bank. Two ladies in there that I could see one helping the one lady the other lady sitting at a computer. I waited for the lady being helped to leave. No one acknowledged me still so I rang the bell again. One lady looked at me but did not get up from her sitting position did not tell me that she would be with me in a minute or anything else. Typical small town bank. Seems to have some turnover in tellers. Not the cheapest rates around but they are local. Never had an issue with them. They have a notary for free if you have an account with them. That can be handy. Nice people.

Staff is slow at this location. Im not sure if it was lunch hour or short staff. Monroe location is better.

been with them since i was 17, (6-ish years) and i have never had any issues. money was recently stolen from me via my debit card (online), and F&M got my money back in about a week from apple. i shut it off myself, then called them to verify it was off. they were willing to listen and help. i don't go to the branch often, but they have been nice when i've gone. the back offices are helpful in moving things along. i trust this small bank more than i would a big one, like chase or huntington.
