RecommendedAlways do great with my pups
As they have done a fine job at taking care of my dog (for multiple years) whenever he would come here, I was given no condolences when I had to make the terrible phone call that he had passed. Just "okay, we'll take care of it" and then hung up. I'm about customer service. He spent his entire life with me and they didn't seem to care whatsoever when I called. I'm not saying they aren't good at their jobs but I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of sympathy they provided to me.

We have 5 dogs that are well taken care of by the vets and staff at FM 1488 AMC. We’ve been with them from the beginning and couldn’t be happier with their caring, compassion and top notch professionalism.

Everyone kind. Vets always explain clearly. Add on services and drugs optional following discussion with pros/cons.
Just had my dog in there earlier. Called this morning, and the lady on the phone told us the cost of the visit will be under $50. After the visit, when time to pay, they charged us over $180. This will be the last time either one of my dogs will be taken there.
