Worse Airbnb experience ever. They are not responding within 24 hours so our reservation automatically expired and that caused us miss some good rates on some other options we had the day before. And I cannot get in touch with the host either. If you are planning to use this company as your management agent, save your some time and money and find some professional ones, this company is the worse I’ve ever had to deal with.
