What an AMAZING space! As someone who has been to many gyms and many exercise classes in the city FLYT has been my best experience. This space is stunning with inclusive change rooms, large private showers and all the diverse gym equipment you can imagine. These classes are small enough for you to not get lost in the crowd and so the instructors can really give you effective coaching, but also big enough to feel the collective energy. I’ve been taking strength classes here for over two years, and it’s been a great experience. This is where I was first introduced to barbell lifting - deadlifts and squats. Each class is well-structured, typically consisting of dynamic stretches and warm-ups, followed by barbell work, (or pull-ups for upper body), and full-body exercises in equal segments.
