I've been coming consistently to FLYT for about four months now as a member and my overall functional strength has improved significantly. The programs are smart and effective, I love the thorough warm up we do before getting in to the work, and the work portion of the classes are targeted (they challenge you but don't unnecessarily drain you). Flyt club is absolutely my favorite workout. As a class-averse person I was apprehensive to try it out but immediately fell in love after the first class thanks to thoughtful and compassionate instructors who gas you up and push you harder than you believe you can go! They make you feel at home and a part of the team right away and I’ve never worked out harder. Thank you Loni&co, we are utterly enchanted by your community!!!

I trained at Flyt for over 2 years, 4–5 days a week, before relocating. I started with ClassPass one summer and quickly became a member. I genuinely miss it! I had tried many gyms in Toronto, and Flyt was by far my favorite. Loni and her handpicked team of passionate trainers, truly care about proper form, progress, and thoughtful programming. This is a truly special place! I’ve been to a lot of different fitness studios and classes and around the world, and was super happy I came across this wonderful studio right near home. I had my first class with Loni (the owner) and she was so engaging, motivating, and helpful. The class size was small so she could help correct / adjust the technique of individual participants.
