We got the teriyaki pork belly, the spicy sausage pizza, a Moscow mule, a French 75, and it was all delicious! The pork was my favorite. I’ll definitely be back to see what new items they add to the menu. I wish I’d caught our waiter’s name. He was very sweet and attentive, without checking up on us too often. Flyover is a new Columbia favorite of mine!
This place is operated by seemingly amateurs with fast food restaurant quality on most of their food. Don't ever order their stake. Pizza and basic stuff on the menu looks fine until you taste it. Then it becomes fast food restaurant taste and quality. We had a team of five and the consensus was how low food quality was but served by nice people.
Absolutely amazing! Everything we ordered was genuinely 10/10. Food is creative, flavorful, and perfectly executed. One of the best meals we’ve had in a while. Flyover was an unexpected highlight of our cross-country trip!
