The journey I have been on medically has been severe. I've called Flynns twice now...and let me be back up a min...I've learned kindness and caring from hospitals and doctors offices, also people who are not kind and don't take their time as a Profesional. Again called Flynns twice and on call number 1, as I was still talking, I was just hung up on...I felt well that'd not a friendly staff member. Called again today. Flynn’s is compared to no other pharmacy in the Berkshires. They are the best in customer care and support. They are a family run business which is a rarity in these times where everything is run by faceless and careless cooperations where investors are number one not clients. Their attention to detail and willingness to do their very best by you personally is exceptional and their staff is kind and courteous not mention they have home delivery. The best hands down.
I WENT THERE ALONG WITH MY FIANCE SO HE CAN GET HIS SUPPLIES
In the last few months they lost one of my prescriptions I’ve called my prescriptions in drive all the way there and they said that they forgot to fill it and it would be about 30 to 45 minutes and when you spend your lunch break at work driving to pick your medication up and it’s not filled it starts to become an issue but I’ve always used Flynn’s and it’s sad that I have to switch to Walgreens or cvs because they keep forgetting to fill my prescriptions
Stopped by this here pharmacy while I was ridin’ through town, and I gotta say, they treated me right. Shelves were stocked better than a ranch pantry, and I found what I needed quicker than a horse finds water. Folks behind the counter were friendly as neighbors at a barn raising, answered my questions straight, and got me on my way without no fuss. I’ll be swingin’ back by next time I’m passin’ through.
